SOCIAL WORK

Every breed has its own distinctive ‘language’, most noticeable in their preferred play styles. Typically, the Chow Chow does not go out of his way to either befriend or attack other dogs. All too often, however, the inscrutable Chow Chow is not immediately understood by other canines, which might never have met such a dog before.

Luckily, the fundamental good manners and low-reactor nature inherent to our breed tends to defuse trouble and makes them naturals at helping to keep a pack calm and stable.
